Remove 'Deranged' Trump from office

Speaker of the House Pelosi says that President Trump is “deranged, unhinged, dangerous.” And then talks of impeachment.
But if the President is “deranged,”, then he should not be held responsible or culpable “by reason of insanity.”
At the same time, ‘deranged, unhinged, dangerous’ would definitely qualify as reasons for removal from office by way of Amendment XXV, Sec. 4.
Such removal should occur at once before this irrational President does more harm to our nation and our government.
