The Trump Administration has been maintaining children in
detention centers under conditions that can only be described as unsafe,
unsanitary and inhumane. No person with any sense of decency should tolerate
this maltreatment of children.
In dealing with Saudi Arabia, Pres. Trump shrugs off the
criminal behavior of the Saudi government because the Saudis are an important
trading partner of the U.S. In other
words, our country will betray its national values for material gain.
Every religious body and civic organization must stand up
and condemn the immoral and unethical actions of the Trump Administration, or
admit that they have no decency or values of their own.
