Those who support and defend the Constitution have long
known and proclaimed that Article I (One) of the Constitution requires that
funding issues be determined by the Legislative Branch of our government. It is
then incumbent upon the President to execute the will of Congress. It is
unconstitutional for the President to change the programs or monetary
allocations set in law without full congressional approval.
President Trump has chosen to arrogate unto himself the
arbitrary power of the purse.
It is now up to all Americans to resist such
unconstitutional action and demand respect for and obedience to the
Constitution.
Every American must pledge and act to resist these
dictatorial actions and refuse to do any work that furthers these actions.
